Upon searching for this week’s Quote of the Week, and knowing that it would fall on Mother’s Day, I wanted to publish a quote which included the love of a mother in a marriage.
After a bit of searching, I found this one by openly out, lesbian actress, Jill Bennett.
It is an interesting quote, one I believe rings true. What do you think?
“Never marry a man who hates his mother, because he’ll end up hating you.”
Tom and I both love our mothers. Perhaps that is the key to a successful loving relationship: knowing how to love and how to forgive… never allowing hate – especially to your mother. I think so.
